We deliver within selected postcodes in Greater Manchester ONLY
Every Wednesday* between 12pm-9pm
Order before 3pm Tuesday for NEXT-DAY delivery (while slots last).

*Any changes to our usual delivery day will be noted on the website.

LOCAL HAND-DELIVERY - £5.50

Stockport: SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK6, SK7, SK8.

Greater Manchester: M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M12, M13, M14, M15, M16, M18, M19, M20, M21, M22, M23, M32, M33, M34, M50, WA14, WA15.

If you live outside of our delivery radius or you don’t see your postcode above, please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility and cost of UK shipping & postage.

COLLECTION

You can collect your order for FREE from our pop-up shop, open Mon-Sun 12-4pm above Plant Shop Manchester .
Please bring your confirmation email for our team to allocate your order.

 
    • Please note we cannot take orders over the phone due to data protection.

    • Orders must be conducted and paid for either in-store or via our website only.

    • Please ensure you include a full delivery address, postcode, e-mail address and daytime phone number for the person who will be receiving the delivery.

    • Limited slots available per week. Once maximum number of orders have been received, home delivery will be pushed to the following delivery day.

    • Any orders for delivery outside our delivery radius are subject to being immediately refunded. We are a small team handling deliveries internally, and we do not post orders.

    • Please note we do not offer timed delivery slots, nor send delivery updates or estimated arrival times. Delivery times will be between 12pm - 9pm on your selected delivery day.

    • In the event that there is no one in to receive the delivery and no alternative delivery instructions are provided at checkout, we will try and leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. We will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items or items damaged by weather conditions.

    • In the event you miss your delivery, please contact us to get a payment link to pay for redelivery, as we cannot re-deliver for free.

    • Click + Collect is offered from our pop-up shop above Plant Shop Manchester. Collection is available inside our opening hours.

    • All online purchases will be marked as sold in our stock room on the day of delivery and packed up on your arrival at the shop.

    • If you will not be collecting your order within 7 days of placing the order, please let us know when you plan on collecting.

  • • We hand-deliver our items to Greater Manchester, however, we understand that many of our customers may not live locally.

    • If you live in the UK and are interested in buying something from our online shop, please get in touch with us via our form with your request and we may be able to ship for an added fee.

    • Please title the subject ‘UK Postage Request’ and include your address and the item/s you are interested in. We will respond to you as soon as possible to let you know if it’s a possibility and how much it will cost.

    • Please contact us before placing an order, as we cannot guarantee shipping fees.

  • • We guarantee that our items are of good second-hand quality, and any major imperfections will be noted in the description of the item.

    • All our items are second-hand, so please be mindful that each item will have the usual amount of wear, tear, marks, and minor damage.

    • Unfortunately, our pieces cannot be returned or exchanged due to their second-hand nature. Our second-hand items will have wear and tear from their previous lives, which only adds to their character! We will always try our best to present this natural wear through our photographs, and take particular care to mention in the descriptions any major damage or faults. If you would like to know more about a product please feel free to visit us to see the product in person.

    • In the unlikely event that your order items are out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email with the option for an exchange or full refund for the item. Our team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 3-5 working days to be visible on your statement.
